The minimum deposit amount at zzok is stated on the deposit page within your account. Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. zzok does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
Note: If a deposit fails to credit to your zzok account within 15 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, contact zzok support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals at zzok are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. zzok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, zzok may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect your account and comply with our security obligations. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your zzok account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirement attached to the bonus. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.
Bonus Abuse: zzok actively monitors for bonus abuse. Players found to be exploiting the bonus system will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed. Repeat violations will result in permanent account closure.

The rules displayed within each game on the zzok platform are the definitive rules for that game. In the event of any discrepancy between the in-game rules and any other description of the game, the in-game rules take precedence.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at zzok. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Fraud Prevention: zzok uses automated fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. zzok cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected fraud.
zzok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms or if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
If your account is suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance in your account at the time of closure may be forfeited. zzok will notify you of the reason for closure where it is legally permitted to do so.
You may close your zzok account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If you close your account voluntarily, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks have been completed.
